Items that can be returned/refund or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect style/color.
- The item is intact in its original packaging.
- Items are brand new and not used.
NOTE: If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, we support returns.Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt in new condition.
RETURNING CONDITION: Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

RETURN SOLUTION
clearord's Responsibility:
If clearord is responsible for shipping the wrong/ damages/ missing item or size, we will allow a refund. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement.
Please contact us and include the following information if possible:
- Your order number. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.
- A picture of the wrong/ damages/ missing product, and if you can, record a video for us.This'll help us make sure others don't face the same problem if there's been a mistake in the warehouse.
NOTE: Products returned due to discrepancies in description will not charge any fees to consumers.
All costs (including freight, etc.) caused by quality problems are borne by us.

Please note customers are fully responsible for choosing the right product during the checkout.
If the customer chooses the wrong item or the wrong size or if you are not satisfied with our products, customers can return the item to us to get the refund(product price only). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Promotional free items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise, retail value will be charged.
Discounts from promotions and carrier's shipping cost will be deducted from the returned item(s). If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, FLAT RATE SHIPPING the carrier cost that clearord.com covered will be reversed and deducted from your return .
UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that may vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you decide not to have your order re-delivered back to you, you will receive a refund.
The original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund.
It usually takes 3-7 days for your refund to be returned to your account, please be patient. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@clearord.com.
